Our driver Mustafa took us to the Marrakech airport. It was a modern and impeccably clean facility with many services.
Our Iberian flight was a bit late. However we landed on time in Madrid with time to spare for a quick meal before boarding our Munich flight.
Upon arrival in Munich we headed for the metro station. A 20 minute ride on an ultramodern train (those Germans don't miss a trick) found us at the downtown Hilton for a good night's rest.
Hans is our tour leader tomorrow. It will be nice to have someone else in front for a change!
The continuing adventures of Tom and Bobbie Lucido and the World Travel Club...this year we descend upon the Mediterranean starting in Madrid. We will travel through Andalusia to Portugal. Flying to Casablanca we travel to Marrakech before departing for Munich where we will spend a day exploring before catching our continuing flight to Turkey. Next we will board a Greek Isle cruise. We’ll visit ancient Greece before ending our nine week journey in Egypt and Jordan.
