Sailing to Kom Ombo

Our day was superb with bright blue skies and warm temps. Our Egyptian BBQ on the deck was grand and our group had the main table. The food was different and beautifully presented. We dined as we watched the peaceful life of the Nile pass us by. Water buffalo and cattle grazed on the small islands while farmers tended to the crops. Dates palms, banana and orange trees hugged the river banks as the rocky hills protected the river. Just takes your breath away. Magical!

We arrived on time, rafters up to the next ship and prepared yo depart for our visit to the temple.
